What to expect on Sunday mornings…

Worship

At Shepherd of the Valley, we have a diverse selection of worship music that glorifies Christ. We approach worship as another way to draw us closer to God’s presence and a way for us to glorify Him.

Giving

There is an opportunity for our members to worship God through giving through tithes and service. However, if you are visiting with us, we prefer that you receive from us. There is no obligation to give.

Community is a huge part of Shepherd of the Valley’s identity. We believe that this is one way that we can share God’s love with one another. Before and after service are wonderful times to get to know those who are visiting and strengthen our church body.

Fellowship

Every Sunday morning there is a team of believers who gather to pray over the church, service, and community around us.

Prayer

Shepherd of the Valley sermons are biblically based, utilizing various methods of teaching, which include expository (verse-by-verse), narrative, and topical approaches.

Teaching

At Shepherd we offer different programs for children for the duration of the service with Seedlings (ages 0-2), Sprouts (ages 3-4), and Superchurch (ages 5-5th grade).
