~ Our Vision ~

Jesus said.” Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” (Mt 28:19-20) This commission was given to his disciples so that the prophetic mission of bringing the good news to all people would begin.

Jesus then commanded his disciples and followers not to leave Jerusalem until they had received the promise of the Father. ”And while staying with them he ordered them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father,” (Acts 1:4)   And, as the promise was given, they received power to be his witnesses and began spreading the good news; first in Jerusalem, then in Judea and Samaria, then spreading out to the entire world. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8),

The Greenhouse Children’s Ministries is built around the visual of a greenhouse. A greenhouse is where plants are tended. Here they are planted, watered, fertilized, pruned, and watched over in order to assure their growth. It is the goal of the gardener to have each plant reach full maturity and bear an abundance of fruit.

So it is within our Greenhouse. We have the privilege of tending children. We are tasked with the same mission given to the disciples. ” Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” (Mt 28:19-20) Here within the sphere of children is where we work for the Lord and his kingdom, for he is the Master Gardener. We plant, water, fertilize, prune, and watch over them with the mission of bringing them to Jesus and helping them on their journey in Christ to become mature fruit bearers.

“... until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,” (Eph 4:13)

Our Greenhouse is here for all children. And, just as children were a priority to Jesus while he walked the earth, so they are a priority to us while we walk the earth. We will seek them out. We will find them. We will go to them, and share with them the gospel of our Lord and his great love.

• Seedlings Nursery
  Child care is available for little ones ages 0 -2 years from 10:00-11:30 every Sunday. The nursery is well staffed by loving adults in a healthy and safe environment.

• Sprouts Preschool
  A preschool program is available for kids ages 3- 4 years from 10:00-11:30 every Sunday. 

• Superchurch
  Superchurch is an intentionally gripping high-energy church service crafted specifically for kids ages 5 years - 5th grade. Its mission? To share the saving grace of Jesus Christ with all children using an arsenal of approaches that bring Jesus and the Bible to life in their midst. We dismiss the kids about 30 minutes into the service so they both enjoy worship with their family but also participate in learning activities more appropriate for their age. This program is staffed by trained teachers and all precautions have been taken to keep your kids safe while having fun and learning more about Jesus.
